Questions about your account, subscription, or how SayAmen works? Email us and we’ll get back to you.

SayAmen uses your microphone only during an active prayer session to highlight words as you pray aloud. We do not store recordings.

If highlighting isn’t working, check that microphone permission is enabled for SayAmen in your device Settings.

On iOS, blocking uses Apple’s Screen Time APIs. Grant Screen Time access when prompted, then choose apps to block in SayAmen settings.

Blocking applies during your scheduled prayer window until you complete your session.

Premium is billed through the App Store or Google Play. Manage or cancel anytime in your device’s subscription settings.

In the app, open Me → Restore Purchases if you switched devices or reinstalled.

To delete your account and data, email support@sayamen.app from the address on your account.

Is SayAmen free? You can start for free. Premium unlocks app blocking and full Bible access.
Why aren’t my apps blocked? Confirm Screen Time permission, a prayer schedule is saved, and you’re within your prayer window.
How do I change my prayer time? Open the app → Settings → Prayer schedule.
Refund request? Purchases are handled by Apple or Google. Contact them through your store receipt; we can’t issue store refunds directly.
